Hello,

I'm trying to get messages back from the API and I keep getting an error:

<stopTimes>
<stop>2469</stop>
<timestamp>5/4/2015 3:00:43 AM</timestamp>
<errorMessage>Invalid or unspecified API key</errorMessage>
</stopTimes>

I've checked my API key multiple times and it is correct. Is there a stand down period before I can use my API key?

I am having the exact same issue. Are API keys manually approved? I already received an e-mail that my API key was set - but the system doesn't seem to recognize it.

Any luck Kaaawakiwi?

Okay, for anyone else having this issue - just manually e-mail api@thebus.org and ask them to activate your key for you. Someone will reply when it's done.
