| On Saturday, 06/13/2015 around 11:40am, I caught the #19 bus no. 291, and noticed there was one white tourist girl sitting on the second two seater row after the handicap bench and had her large carry-on occupying the seat next to her so I could not take that seat. Later noticed there were others in her group that got off by the first pier for the cruise ship that was docked there. This situation happens very often and apparently the bus drivers are not "screening these large bags from coming on the bus, or at the least, warning the passengers that they cannot take up a seat or block the aisles with it.
I hope management can focus on this problem before it becomes "acceptable practice" and no "policing" is the norm.....
p.s. Also happens in Chinatown with ladies bringing on huge trolley shopping carts full of "stuff".
